The 5 Phases:

Execution

This phase allows the coach to determine where you are physically and mentally so that we can adjust your fitness program accordingly. Once we successfully determine where you are, we teach you proper execution, so that you get the most out of your workouts the next 16 weeks

Progressive

During this phase we will adjust the plan to you, so that you are progressing physically, mentally, athletically, and more

Endurance

o Now that you have a great baseline and are executing exercises with great form it’s time we increase your aerobic fitness so your legs can handle a whole day on the mountain and increase the weight during our lifts to build strength. You will love the confidence this phase brings

Anaerobic

We use this phase to help you become much more explosive and reactive on the mountain while growing a lot mentally through these tough workouts. We start to incorporate drop sets, HIIT workouts, and other volume workouts to push you further than you thought possible.

Advanced

You have put in the work building and now we use your new baseline of endurance and strength to become an all-around athlete as we get closer to next season! This is when you realize how far you have come and fall in love with your fitness journey.
