Danielle Williams: As a former Division 1 XC/Track and Field athlete, I am extremely pleased with ChaseFIT’s 10K Run Program! It is exceptional in all aspects. I followed this particular protocol for a 10K in February 2019. Throughout the 12 week duration, I was challenged physically and mentally. I have followed a number of programs in the past, and this one was by far the most thorough and detailed. I specifically liked the strength piece. This helped me understand how to train specifically for my running goals. The workouts that were provided within the coaching application allowed me to take my conditioning to the next level. In addition to the depth and organization of the program, ChaseFIT was able to educate me along the way. I learned a variety of new exercises that further developed my cardiovascular endurance, strength, and stamina. To this day, I continue to utilize many of the taught techniques the run program gave me!
