The 6 Phases:

Build

This phase allows the coach to determine where you are physically and mentally so that we can adjust your fitness program accordingly

Progressive

During this phase we will find your baseline and build on your current aerobic foundation

Anaerobic

We start to incorporate deceleration workouts for those hilly races and teaching your body how to regulate your heart rate during those high intense sections of obstacles with HIIT/HIRT workouts

Mental

Now we start to incorporate longer run, bike, and rowing workouts to become more comfortable being uncomfortable. You will face those mental battles on the course, and you want to be familiar with it so you can overcome it.

Finishing

You have put in the work building and now we use your new baseline of endurance and strength to practice maintaining a zone 2/3 heartrate, so you can sustain your energy output throughout the race. This will give you the ability to sprint and push harder than anyone as you approach the finish line.

Pack your bag, get last minute snacks/gear, and relax! No need to be nervous. At this point if you have put in the work and you are about to take on an adventure that is going to be with you the rest of your life. Congrats and enjoy this new exciting fitness journey!
