The 6 Phases:

Execution

This phase allows the coach to determine where you are physically and mentally so that we can adjust your fitness program accordingly. Once we successfully determine where you are, we teach you proper execution, so that you get the most out of your workouts moving forward

Progressive

During this phase we will adjust the plan to you, so that you are progressing physically, mentally, athletically, and more. We also introduce more complex movements that will be used and beneficial for the weeks to come.

Density

Time to start lifting some heavier weight! Now that you have a great baseline and are executing exercises with great form, it’s time we increase the weight. You will love the confidence this phase brings

Volume

We use this phase to grow a lot mentally. We start to incorporate drop sets, HIIT workouts, and other high-volume workouts to push you further than you thought possible.

Advanced

You have put in the work building and now we use your new baseline of endurance and strength to become an advanced lifter and athlete! This is when you realize how far you have come and fall in love with your fitness journey.
